My wife was rear ended on the freeway about 4 MONTHS AGO…Insurance info was exchanged and my wife was able to text they guy so we have his phone number. When we filed a claim our insurance was taking forever to get back so we finally called. They said they had not been able to contact the guy so they couldn’t move forward and they would keep trying.
